The Pedal reed motor housings had to be cut in half
to remove cracks, and have wood spacers inserted
to restore the reed motor chamber volume.

Fitting the new wood (spacers) to match the original shape.

Cutting holes in the gasket to match the assembly.

Bolts are used instead of glue to hold the completed assembly together.

Completed assembly waiting for new leather pouches.

The Pedal Posaune and Trompete motor frames have now
been repaired.

Mike Rider and Andrew Jirele scale the 16 posaune motor assemblies.
All information is entered into spreadsheets for future reference.
